Balancing food.... All the food we eat can be divided into five groups. In a healthy diet you eat the right balance of these groups.
...Fat and sugar
...Milk and dairy foods
...Meat, fish, eggs and beans
...Starchy foods
...Fruit and vegetables
Fat contains a lot of calories and eating too much of it makes us more likely to put on weight, so don't eat more of this then the others,
Keep it fatless and go for the healthy option.
