Statistic's


Obesity in Britain has got worse over the years and there are now more than a quarter of adults in Britain that are obese. Britain is turning into couch potatoes and is increasing obesity-related illnesses such as heart disease and cancer. It is not only adults that are affected by obesity. Research has shown that 24 per cent of children aged between two and 15 are now obese.

This is just some information I gathered to make you want to do it more, look at these poor young children.
They are following in your footsteps, and you need to change that!

The amount of calories you are allowed to intake on a daily basis is

you need to have 5 meals day, 3 main ones and 2 snacks in-between.
These are the amount of calories in each cereal;

It seems like a little but when you add up with the calories from other meals it will work out to be the amount of calories you eat per day. This is just the calories you would normally intake for breakfast so sometimes go for the cereal low in calories rather than the one in high calories.
